When it comes to brain health, give me songs, real songs, any day of the week. And I think it’s important to add that little reference to “real songs” because there are a lot of fake ones out there now.
So, give me real songs, please, to help my brain.
I’ve shared quite a bit of information, here on TonyFunderburk.com, about the benefits of sound healing. Music is a powerful medicinal-like tool. Little did I know, as I shared that info, how relevant it would be to ME.
But, as I’ve said many times, life sure can throw you some curveballs. And the curveball I’m dealing with right now, aka stroke, has shown me just how important it is to maintain your brainwave connections. It seems like something you shouldn’t have to think about, pun completely intended, but you do. At least if you would like to live longer and healthier.
Of course, if you don’t care how long you live, and you don’t care about being healthy, pay no attention to anything I’m about to say.
I know you love music. Because you’re a regular human being. And regular human beings love music. And that’s great. Because it can help you if and when you have to deal with a brain injury. If I’m talking to no one, but myself, that’s OK because I know I’ll listen. And here’s why…
Give Me Songs
Give me songs to wake the brain waves
Through my often cluttered mind.
Give me sonic repercussions
No one else will ever find.
And a musical sensation
With connections to the Source
Of all music and creation.
Yes, please give me that, of course. © 2022
