Yeah, two days one night.
That’s how old 2026 is as I write this. Well, at least approximately. The point is this year is still a baby. Well, at least. if you look at a year as something new with the beginning of every January 1st. And most people do.
So, as I said, two days one night.
And I wonder what I’ll do that’s right.
I wonder what I’ll do that’s wrong.
I hope not much and not for long.
‘Cause the sand inside my hourglass
Is mostly gone and what has come to pass.
That makes me happy and leaves me sad
For what’s to come and what I’ve had.
But know these melancholy lines
Belie a smile that brightly shines.
A smile that lives because of light
